  • Technical Advisory & Compliance Services for BIS-ISI Certification under Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, as applicable form 21.09.2021  for Fresh Application for Product: IS 15769 : 2008 Flux Cored (Tubular) Eelectrodes for Gas Shielded and Self-Shielded Metal Welding of Carbon or Carbon-Manganese Steel under Normal Procedure.

As and when required in INR OR US $ AS AND WHEN APPLICABLE AS PER BIS TERMS

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Service fee shall be paid as agreed & stipulated in the service contract
  • a) Product Testing Fee may be paid along with the service fee.
  • b) Goods & Service charges shall be as actual (if applicable)
  • c) All govt. fee pertaining to certification shall be paid directly to bureau account or through debit/credit card of our Bank.
  • d) This quotation is valid only for 15days from the date of issue.
  • e) Certificate would be initially granted for 1 year, which would be further renewable for 2/3/4/5 yrs. & so on as per India govt policy and payment of renewal fee to BIS.

PART 3: WORK SCOPE

  • a) Appointment of dedicated Project Coordinator for project case study & training.
  •  b) Preparation of entire paper work related to the certification.
  • c) Visit the BIS, laboratory and follow-up the status of samples test, and coordination with the laboratory to expedite the sample test at each stage
  • d) Training of QCI and other preparation before inspection in factory premises if required.
  • e) Guidance for Samples as per the requirement of Indian Standards Specification
  • f) Coordination with BIS which includes detailed application preparation, submission, replying to time to time queries, providing clarifications, multiple visits to BIS offices.
  • g) Inspection by the certification body (BIS)
  • h) Miscellaneous/incidental works throughout the certification granting process.
  •  i) Any other activities reasonable deemed helpful in obtaining BIS certification.

PART 4: BASIC REQUIREMENTS for BIS CERTIFICATION

User manual of the product

Test certificate copy of each raw material

viii)

Layout Plan of the factory indicating the office, lab, storage area, production area, finished good storage for original foreign Plant as well India Office, Ware House

Registered TradeMark (TM number along with copy of brand/label)

x)

Calibration certificates copy, if available (NABL approved)

xi)

Equipment and Tools List
